Weber's Cider Mill Farm

We had a BLAST today at Weber's.  It was SUPER crowded but we managed to wait in line AND have plenty of time to play :-)  We were SOOOO happy that Tammy and Mat were able to join us today.  Claire was so excited to see them that she asked to wait on the front porch until they arrived.

Summer is officially over......

Unfortunately, in my eyes the summer is officially over. Even though it will not end for another couple of weeks. To many of us here in Md, the State Fair is the official end. And we had a BLAST! Thanks to our good friends Nick and Stacey we were able to go not once but twice!! Claire had a blast riding rides, playing games and seeing the animals. Another great summer of quality time with my hubby and Claire. We are so fortunate to share the same profession and the ability to have our summers to ourselves :-)

First Day of School

School FINALLY started!! Thanks to Hurricane Irene the state was plagued with over 600,000 power outages which led to 2 extra days to summer vacation. On Wednesday, the whole family headed to school. Daddy back to his school, Mommy to a new school and Claire to her first preschool experience. So far so good for everyone. Claire had a MINOR issue with the playground the first day but she loves her teachers and her classmates. BONUS: She gets to see Mason EVERYDAY!! <3
